Working Group: Infectious Disease Epidemiology

"My research interests are primarily focused on infectious disease modelling. I am working on the development of large agent-based models for infectious diseases. These allow for an detailed representation of the real world and are capable of capturing the its complex dynamics. Additionally, I consider the parametrization of contacts within these models. This work is crucial for improving the accuracy of contact patterns in the models thus increasing their applicability for epidemic preparedness and informing public health responses."
