Optimal long-term survival of cancer patients

OPTILATER is a project that analyzes the current medical care for long-term cancer survivors in the German federal state North Rhine-Westphalia. People who were diagnosed 5 years ago will be included. The aim of this project is to develop recommendations and standards in evidence-based care for long-term cancer survivors. The overall project is divided into 7 work packages. In work package 1 "Analysis of health care" patterns of aftercare will be identified based on health insurance claims data.
